Who should attend Boot Camp?

Owners, general managers, and department managers in parts, service, and sales.

If you wear multiple hats in your dealership (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?) this day is built for you.

Can multiple team members come?

Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it. The more of your team that hears the same thing, the faster you’ll see change back at the dealership.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket covers the full day of training, your workbook, lunch, and all the caffeine you’ll need to stay sharp.
You’ll also get access to every session, all sponsor presentations, and plenty of time to connect with other dealers.

What should I wear?

Think comfortable but not sloppy.
Jeans, polos, boots, sneakers. It’s a room full of dealers, not a black-tie event. If you can hustle in it and still look presentable, it works.

Why are you starting at 9:00 AM? My day is already halfway done by then.

Oh, we know. You're probably on your 72nd cup of coffee. We start at 9:00, because we want to give any dealership three hours away or less the ability to hop in the company truck at 6:00 and not miss a minute of the action.

Will there be breaks?

You’ll get time between every session to move, chat, and refill your coffee (or Diet Coke, if you’re Sara).

Is lunch provided?

Yes. A good one, too. You’ll have a chance to eat, connect with other dealers, and talk with sponsors in a relaxed setting.

Can I get a refund if something comes up?

Life happens.
If you can’t make it, just let us know at least 7 days before your event date and we’ll refund your ticket or move you to another city.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, a pen, and your best “let’s get things done” attitude.
We’ll handle the rest: workbook, materials, and all.

Is this really worth a whole day away from the dealership?

Yes, and we don’t say that lightly.
You’ll leave with a 90-day action plan, clarity on where your profit is hiding, and ideas that’ll pay for your seat before you even get home.

Will there be confetti?

We can neither confirm nor deny.
But it’s safe to assume that if Sara’s involved, there might be.
